This new tip management software, TipSoft, has made tracking repeat callers much easier for us. The local agencies that have been receiving tip information in this format have really been impressed. The additional intelligence information that can be added to the basic tip saves the receiving agency a great deal of time. The report section of the program is very useful to report the status of the program during monthly meetings. These statistical reports are also being used to demonstrate the success of the program during fund raisers.
